(1) Profiles WITH specific criteria: recruitment according to particular skills: spoken language (e.g. English-speaking), driving licence, particular experience.
(2) Management of formalities: drafting of the contract and its appendix + electronic signature + provision of the contract + management of the au pair's visa if needed
(3) Integration of the au pair included: membership in the Au Pair Oh Paris community + monthly integration follow-up
(4) Replacement of the au pair: possibility to replace the au pair once during the stay in case of serious difficulties or early departure.
