Butrfly is a french team of caring experts. Our mission is to accompany your project in the best conditions. Our services provide means but not results. Au pairing is a cultural human experience.
Convinced of the strong wealth that this experience will offer you, we remain transparent, honest and not dream sellers. This is how Butrfly succeeds in accompanying its families.

WHAT IS A CERTIFIED AU PAIR PROFILE? 

A certified profile is a complete file on the au pair. The person had a 20 minutes interview with our team, and has answered personality questionnaires and situational exercises. We add notes on their strengths. A check symbol is displayed when the profile is certified.

THE AU PAIR PLATFORM

The Au Pair Butrfly platform is a website that connects verified au pair profiles with host family profiles. It works on a "matching" system, i.e. a correspondence between the two parties. 

An internal and secure messaging system allows you to select candidates after having communicated with them. We are here to advise you in your search.
